Shipping Time After Payment

Our current processing time can be found at the top banner of our site. 

Shipping times vary and this can sometimes include delays in delivery from the postal service provider.

US Packages usually are delivered within 2-14 business days based on the shipping service(s) chosen at checkout.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed once the label is created. Tracking will be updated when the shipping carrier receives your package. 

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free for orders over $150 (exclusions apply). There is a shipping fee for orders below this amount.

Free shipping over $150 excludes monthly clubs and mystery/LT boxes as they ship separately from your main order. Monthly club and mystery/ LT boxes orders shipping charges will reflect in the total shipping cost if ordered with other items.

Missing/Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:

  1. Check around your house, near the mailbox, on the porch etc.
  2. As other members of your household or visitors if maybe they brought it in.
  3. Check with neighbors.
  4. Reach out to the shipping carrier to see if they can give you further information or contact your driver for you to find out where it was delivered to.
